Syscor & monday.com in South Africa

Syscor is the preferred partner to monday.com in South Africa and Africa and about 18 months ago we embarked on a journey with a business that was growing, passionate about its product and had a single minded focus of an IPO in 2021.

We were blown away by what the platform could offer and immediately jumped at the opportunity of working with monday.com in South Africa – and ultimately Africa.

Syscor became the preferred partner to monday.com in South Africa and so began our combined mission to Automate Africa. It has been such a grand adventure working with monday.com – the pace, the energy that they engage with is remarkable and we are truly blessed to have such a phenomenal OEM supporting us.

I think the most valuable lesson that we have learned working with them is their constant and relentless drive to improve the platform and the user experience. When we first looked at the solution it was, in its initial state, phenomenal and we couldn’t see it getting better at all.

We have never been more happy to be wrong in our lives. The improvements that have been made to the monday.com platform have and continue to blow us away. From additional API’s into leading apps, to the launch of the new App Marketplace and the more recent collaboration with Google on the Workspace for monday.com integration. It is now truly a Work Operating System (#workos).

More remarkable than the platform itself is the impact that monday.com has on our clients businesses.  We always listen to our clients  and only deliver best of breed technologies.

There is no more rewarding experience that being part of a #digitaltransformation journey, seeing a business struggle to manage its tasks, workflows and projects and totally transform into a well-oiled collaborative machine. We absolutely love it.
