How to log into monday.com
Let’s face it, whether we’re new users or existing users, we could all use a quick refresher on how to access our accounts. For the best user experience, make sure that you’re using the latest version of Google Chrome.
First-time login – monday.com login
If you’re new to Monday.com, the first login may be a daunting process, but we’ll simplify it for you.
The first thing that you need to do is log into your email and look for the invite sent to you by your team, requesting that you join monday.com. Press the green button that says “Accept Invitation” to get the process started.
This will take you to a page that will require you to fill in your details and create a password. Once you have completed the form, agree to the Terms of Service a Privacy Policy and press the “Continue” button.
From here, you can edit your information, add a profile picture and even add members of your team to the service. This will send them an email invite, prompting them to follow the steps that you just completed. Please speak to your administrator if you or your team experiences any difficulty during the initial stages.

Regular logins
Once you have set up your profile, future logins become a whole lot easier. To start, visit https://monday.com/ and select the login button, it’s on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Next, enter the email address you registered with as well as the password you chose. You’ll then need to add your account’s URL.
Once this set up has been done, all you’ll need to do to login in future is visit your URL name, so make sure to bookmark it once you’re all set up.

Creating or joining workspaces
Your workplace on Monday.com South Africa will consist of your organisation’s hierarchy and give you access to the different departments within it – all in one convenient space. Access will be determined based on your role to ensure that information remains secure.
You can join a workspace by right-clicking on the name and selecting “Join Workspace”.
To create a workspace, select the 3-dot-menu at the bottom of the workspace list, followed by “Add New Workspace”.
Within each workspace are boards, and you can choose which ones you would like to receive updates on.
