This means that you can turn on your updates, updated tasks using Microsoft Teams and keep everyone in sync when it comes to business updates and developments.

How can I integrate Monday.com South Africa with Microsoft Teams?
First, you will need to have a Microsoft Teams account as well as a Monday.com account. Once both accounts have been created – assuming that they were not already active – you can start the integration process.
Select the board that you would like to integrate with MS Teams and click on the “Integration” button that can be found n the top right corner of your screen. This will open a list of apps, select MS Teams. This will allow you to create notifications related to project deadlines, new items created and status changes on any jobs or tasks. Essentially, whenever something happens on the board, your team will be notified based on the preferences selected.
You will then need to connect your monday.com account with your business MS Teams account. This will prompt you to log in to the latter.
Please note that you will need to have the Office 365 Global Administrator’s login credentials to perform this integration. Your Global Administrator will need to form part of the team involved with the integration and will need to accept the invite sent to do so.

What happens once integrated?
Once you have followed the process mentioned above, monday.com will launch the integration window where you can set up the integration and compose a message that will be sent on Teams to notify your team about the integration. From here, the integration will send notifications to your team as tasks and jobs are added or updated. For example, if a job requires a specific element from a team member, the board will be updated to request this help and a notification will be sent to Teams to ensure that the help is received.
By successfully integrating monday.com with your Microsoft Teams account, you can stay up to date on your team’s progress as and when the board is updated. As a result, management can communicate with their teams based on the task’s progress and receive real-time updates – anytime and anywhere.
