Asana software not cracking it? Try Monday.com

Ever spent more time than you’d like debating what to eat for lunch? We’ve all been there. Making decisions, regardless of how big or small can be challenging. But picking the right project management and business administration tool—a tool you’ll be using every workday—is not only a tough decision, but it’s also an important one. So, with over 288 different tools and software (and counting), like Asana software, available, how do you make the right choice?

Well, making an intuitive, customizable management software is what we’re here to do!

So, first things first…

What is Asana?

Asana is a business management software founded in 2008 by ex-Facebook executives as an internal tool to “help anyone finetune their work”. Simply put, it is a project management tool, meant to improve communication exchanges and simplify work administration and collaboration.

Asana features: effortless peasy, but only that

For those of us who are not builders or ultra-tech savvy (no shame), Asana has a easy and minimalistic interface. That being said, due to its simplicity, it’s less visual than a certain platform that rhymes with Funday, and offers fewer view options than different leading project management software.

To speak with your team in real-time, you can link a file or add a comment using @. This will trigger an alert, tagging and notifying others, both on Asana as well as monday.com.

Asana’s focus is on being a collaboration tool, the tool offers a feature known as Workload, which prevents burnout by letting you set restrictions on team members’ workloads.

P.S.— Monday.com South Africa has a workload view too, and greater team collaboration and management features.

Asana pricing: one-of-a-kind plans for exclusive wants (and budgets)

Basic – for small teams of less than 15 people. This is Asana’s most basic option and as advertised as a free model “forever”. It includes limitless storage, access to its iOS and Android apps, and limitless projects.

Premium – their top-class plans cost $10.99 per consumer per month, and promises access to forms, dashboards, and limitless free guests.

Business – Asana’s business option is $99 per user per month, providing superior integrations with Salesforce and Adobe, and customizing forms.

Enterprise – there aren’t massive variations between the enterprise and business plans, except that the Enterprise consists of provisioning & de-provisioning (SCIM) and priority support. Similar to Wrike, the value of Asana’s Enterprise plan is no longer listed on their website.

Finding the perfect undertaking administration app for you doesn’t have to be overly complex or expensive!

Our current weblog publish can assist simplify the process, and monday.com plans begin from as little as $8 per month and include 24/7 purchaser support, Kanban boards, thousands of ready-to-use templates, and plenty more

Asana support: can’t talk on the phone, simply text

No one likes being put on hold for hours only to have the line disconnect or hearing the repetitive song associated with being on hold. So, Asana doesn’t offer support call-based support.

Asana provides an email and chat support option, with a caveat—only clients who subscribe to its Premium, Business, or Enterprise have access. Here at monday.com, we take our support VERY seriously, which is we promise our customers 24/7 support, every single day of the year!

So if you’ve read up right here and think that you need an Asana alternative, then say no more and look no further!
