Are you ready to get Zoom-ing?

Another week, even more product updates! Brought from us (and our R&D team) straight to you! This week is more unique because we are highlighting our recent integration with Zoom to assist you and your team in making the most of your virtual meetings without missing any value.

Whether you’re a veteran remote-worker or new to the game, Zoom can be a lifesaver for uniting with your crew from anywhere. Not physically being together, however, can imply ending a meeting with tons of action items… and no shared place to manage them.

Enter and Zoom’s new integration!

This is how it works:

  • Go to the board you’d like to add the integration to and select the integrations icon.
  • Select Zoom from the list of new integrations.

When you start a Zoom meeting, an object in the board will be created for you. You can populate it with any of the facts from Zoom that will assist you to move ahead after the call.

Let’s say you and your team had a meeting with an important client, and you choose to overview your notes after the call and assign motion items to involved—all in one place. When the call begins, you and your team can begin taking notes immediately inside the object that’s created on to keep a file of the items, so you don’t overlook a thing.

And if you’re on an established account, all of the attendees of the call will automatically be introduced to the item.

Extra perks:

You can maintain a report of the amount of time used to compared to what was actually scheduled. If you and your team’s morning sync calls are scheduled for 1 hour, and during the month you see that they take an average of 30 minutes, that data can save you time in the future!

You can also add a hyperlink column to the board to connect recordings of the call. That way all notes, tasks, and takeaways are communicated in context, with the call recording on hand to everyone.
